The Muscle Pain Relief cream contains 6 essential oils and can ease muscular aches and pains, sciatica, and fibromyalgia, relaxing the muscle and reducing inflammation and pain. It is ideal for overworked muscles or daily aches and pains so if you’re looking for a natural hand-blended product, you found it.

The Essential Oils

The essential oils used, contain the most beneficial properties for muscle pain relief.

• Marjoram oil contains anti-inflammatory properties promoting better blood circulation and helps soothe aches, pains and muscle spasms.
• Black pepper oil has anti-spasmodic warming properties helping reduce pain from tired or injured muscles.
• Rosemary oil is known to relieve muscular aches and pains and can help boost circulation.
• Juniper Berry oil contains anti-inflammatory properties and will help ease painful muscles.
• Lemongrass oil contains anti-inflammatory properties and will help reduce any inflammation while easing pain.

How to use

Cream – Apply a small amount to the affected area, use once daily until pain has subsided. Use anywhere on the body.

Neat Blend – Add 3 drops to 20ml water, add the gauze tab (provided with the oil) squeeze out the excess water and compress it over the painful area. Some have used the blend straight from the bottle which can irritate the skin and is not recommended. We always advise diluting the neat blend

Suitability

It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.

Caution

Caution is advised if you are expecting or breast feeding. Do not use around the tummy or breast area. If you take warfarin or have blood pressure difficulties, use with care or contact the store for a blend without Rosemary. there is a contact form lower down the page.
