The Essential Oils

The Essential oils used contain the most beneficial properties for easing a headache and Migraine.

• Lavender oil has many properties and will benefit many areas. It will help calm and soothe and relax the mind.
• Peppermint oil can help relieve pain and improve mental function by working on muscle spasms in the head.
• Basil oil has uplifting properties and works well on the mind.
• Rosemary oil can reduce stress and nervous tension, relieving fatigue by supporting brain function.
• Juniper Berry oil can reduce stress and relax the mind. It contains anti-inflammatory properties and is great for skin care.
• Rose oil can effectively relax the mind and body and will help calm tension balancing the hormones

How to Use

Moisturiser – Apply a small amount of cream to the forehead and around the eyes when a headache is forming, avoiding direct contact with the eye open. If you already have the headache, the diffuser blend may be more effective and faster acting.

Diffuser Blend – Add 5 drops to your diffuser and inhale the aromas.  Add a few drops to a tissue and inhale. Add 3 drops to 20ml water, add the gauze tab (provided with the oil) squeeze out the excess water and lay it across the head or use as face steam.

Room & Body mist –  The spray can be misted around the head and face, on clothing, as a pillow or room mist or onto a tissue and inhaled. We recommend 3 to 4 sprays with each use.

Suitability

It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.
