The Arthritic Joint pain relief (Twist & Turn) is a hand-blended, organic, vegan-friendly essential oil product with 6 essential oils. It can target and ease joint pain and inflammation, restoring full movement of the joint.

The Essential Oils

All the selected essential oils contain the most beneficial properties, offering maximum benefit for eradicating Arthritic Joint Pain and inflammation.

• Juniper oil contains anti-inflammatory properties and can eliminate toxins helping to manage arthritis and neuritis.
• Ginger oil can reduce redness, tackle inflammation and relieve pain while maintaining structure and elasticity.
• Rose oil can help reduce pain and relax the muscles surrounding the joint.
• Chamomile oil can help reduce any pain and contains anti-inflammatory properties.
• Rosemary oil can help with circulation and ease pain making it a beneficial addition.
• Myrrh oil can help reduce inflammation and ease pain helping manage arthritis.

How to use

Moisturiser – Apply the Arthritic joint cream directly to the required area once a day, or when pain and inflammation occur.

Neat Blend – add 3 drops to 20 ml water, drop in the tab provided and allow it to soak up the solution. Squeeze out any excess water and compress over the area for one or two minutes….. Add up to 10 drops to an unscented base cream and mix well or 25 drops to 50ml carrier oil and shake well.

Suitability

It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use on age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.

Caution

Keep out of reach of small children. Essential oils can irritate so care is required and we advise you carry out a PATCH TEST. Avoid direct contact with eyes and rinse thoroughly if any gets into the eye. For external use only. Do not store in direct sunlight.
