The Cough & Chestiness cream contains 8 essential oils and will help ease a cough and clear chestiness within 24 – 48 hours, leaving you cough free with clear lungs.

The Essential Oils

The essential oils used contain the most beneficial active properties to help alleviate symptoms.

• Eucalyptus oil contains a ride range of health benefits. It is a decongestant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and has antispasmodic properties. It will silence your cough and help clear mucus.
• Pine oil is great for reducing inflammation, soothing aches and enhancing circulation. It is highly beneficial for respiratory conditions.
• Sandalwood oil contains anti-inflammatory properties and will help fight viral infections.
• Black pepper oil helps soothe muscular aches and pains providing a warming sensation and is a great oil for clearing coughs.
• Cypress oil is a great decongestant and will help fight infections and aid the respiratory system. It is beneficial at removing toxins from the body and has anti-bacterial properties
• Myrrh oil is known to relieve colds, coughs, congestion, bronchitis and phlegm.
• Ginger oil will help reduce the build up of mucus in the lungs and throat and contains warming properties

How to Use

Apply the moisturiser to your nose, throat chest and back (if you can reach).

Suitability

It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.

Caution

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and never ingest the product.
