The Calming Essential Oils

Chamomile oil can be used as a mild sedative to help calm nerves and reduce anxiety and stress. It can also help combat insomnia, nightmares and other sleep difficulties.

Patchouli oil can increase feeling grounded and can calm the emotions, encourage a restful sleep and help ease anxiety.

Ylang-Ylang oil can help with memory, self confidence and help dispel fear, stress and anxiety. It is a great addition to help reduce high blood pressure and contains stress relieving properties

Rose oil is a very calming oil that can help boost confidence and positive emotions helping you feel calmer and lighter emotionally. It can help lower the heart rate promoting a calm relaxed feeling.

Clary Sage oil can help reduce stress and is a natural antidepressant with calming properties it can help soothe the nerves and help with a restful nights sleep.

How to use Calm Sooth Relax blend

Moisturiser – Apply as a full body moisturiser in the evening or apply a small amount to the pulse points, back of the neck and soles of the feet.

Room and Pillow Mist – The base is pure distilled, Deionised water with added essential oils. The spray can be misted around the face and body or used as a room and pillow mist or misted on to clothing.

Diffuser / Compress blend – Undiluted, hand blended, pure essential oils. Add 5-10 drops to the diffuser and inhale the aromas or add 3 drops to 15ml water, soak the mesh cloth in the solution (provided with the oil), squeeze out the excess water and lay it on the chest or face for 5 minutes. Purely organic, vegan friendly.

Suitability

Suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use on age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.

Caution

Keep out of reach of small children. Please be aware, essential oils can irritate the skin so care is required and it is vital you carry out a PATCH TEST. Avoid direct contact with eyes and rinse thoroughly if any gets into the eye. For external use only. Do not store in direct sunlight as it can affect the essential oil. Always close the lid to prevent evaporation of the essential oils.
