The Essential Oils
The essential oils used contain the most beneficial properties for easing cramping tummy pain and Nausea.
- Cardamom oil can promote a healthy digestive function and can help stomach ulcers heal. It can help fight nausea and vomiting
- Rosemary oil is a good stress relieving oil and can calm the and relax muscles
- Black Pepper oil has warming properties and is great for reducing pain relaxing the tummy muscles.
- Peppermint oil can help ease abdominal pain including IBS symptoms. It is great for tackling nausea and dyspepsia.
- Fennel oil can ease muscle spasms and offer pain relief. It has a relaxing effect on the body and helps the digestive system.
- Chamomile oil can help with digestive difficulties and redness. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is calming and soothing.
- Lavender oil is known to be rich in antimicrobial, anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory, antinociceptive and antioxidant properties. It can help ease many ailments and is a good allrounder.
How to Use
Moisturiser – Apply to the tummy when you feel bloated or in pain and also the throat area if experiencing nausea.
Suitability
It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use on age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.
Caution
If you are expecting or breastfeeding, on Epilepsy medication or blood thinning medication, only use a very small amount occasionally. For external use only and avoid direct contact with the eyes. Rinse with clean tepid water should it get into your eyes or you experience any skin irritation.
