The Menopause and mature skin cream will help with the mind and body. Containing a blend of 8 essential oils this cream will alleviate peri-menopausal symptoms and is a lovely cream for dry, maturing skin keeping it soft and smooth while maintaining the elasticity and structure.

The Essential Oils

The added essential oils contain the most beneficial properties for relieving menopausal symptoms and keeping your skin soft and hydrated.

• Geranium oil can help reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue and tension. It will balance the emotions as well as the hormones.
• Ylang-Ylang oil can reduce anxiety, soothe stress and tension and help you sleep better balancing the emotions.
• Rosemary oil is great for reducing stress and nervous tension, boost mental activity and relieve fatigue. It will improve alertness and encourage clarity
• Bergamot oil can assist to lower cholesterol levels, reduce pain and balance hormone levels.
• Lavender oil contains antimicrobial, anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory, antinociceptive and antioxidant properties and will help in many ways
• Juniper Berry Oil is a great choice to help strengthen the skin, reduce bloating, and prevent blemishes giving the skin a youthful complexion.
• Jasmine oil can help balance the hormones and bring happiness while increasing confidence and reducing stress.
• Rose oil is good for purifying the complexion and boosting skin health while calming and relaxing the mind and body.

How to use

Moisturiser – Apply to the forehead, neck and chest or you can use it as a full body moisturiser. Use twice a day, morning and evening for best results.

Massage Oil – The base oil is cold pressed grapeseed oil so suitable for vegans and allergy sufferers. The massage oil can be used anywhere on the body.

Body Wash – Use daily to help manage symptoms and keep the skin hydrated

Suitability

It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store. We can send some test strips to determine which oil you are reacting to and make a blend

Cautions

Caution is advised if you are expecting or breastfeeding, taking blood thinning or epilepsy medication. The product should not be applied as a full body moisturiser but used as a hand and face cream instead.

Be aware if you are going out in the sun after using this moisturiser and apply sun screen on over the top.

Keep out of reach of children..

Any product that contains essential oils can potentially cause an irritation which is why we recommend a patch test prior to use. If you experience any irritation, rinse with clean tepid water. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and do not ingest. For external use only.
