The Essential Oils

How to use

Room and Pillow Mist – Pure distilled, deionised water with added Plantaserve E, Polysorbate 20 and a blend of carefully selected essential oils. Mist around the face and body or used as a room and pillow mist.

Diffuser Blend – Pure undiluted essential oils. Add a few drops in a diffuser or Oil burner, inhaling the aromas, alternatively: add 3 drops to 20ml water, use the tab that was provided, squeeze the excess water and lay over the face inhaling the aromas. Add 10 drops to 50g unscented moisturiser or 20 drops to 30ml of carrier oil and apply to the face, neck, chest and base of the feet.

Suitability

This blend is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+.

Cautions

It is important to be aware that this is an external use product. Keep out of reach of children and avoid direct contact with the eyes. If any gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean tepid water. Pure essential oils can cause skin irritations and we always advise diluting the neat blend in water, base cream or a carrier oil. Store in a cool dark place.
