The Uplift & Stimulate bath and shower range contain 5 different essential oils. They will Uplift your body and stimulate your mind leaving you feeling uplifted and ready for the day.

The Essential Oils and Benefits

The essential oils included contain the most beneficial properties that will fully uplift and stimulate the senses and fill you with energy.

• Sweet Orange oil is a highly uplifting and refreshing oil and will help with concentration and help you focus.
• Jasmine oil helps fight against illness and contains uplifting properties helping you feel calm and uplifted.
• Ylang-Ylang oil will boost self-esteem, keep blood pressure containing mood-boosting and stress-relieving properties.
• Grapefruit oil will energise and balance the mood while also decreasing the blood pressure, relieving stress.
• Geranium oil will help with fatigue and balance the mind while promoting healthy skin.

How to use

Body Wash – Jump into a morning bath or shower, using the uplifting body wash to get the senses tingling. Use every day or when you need a boost in energy.

Moisturiser – Apply as a full body moisturiser to boost the energy levels and get the mind active ready for the day. Apply daily or when you need a boost.

Room and body mist – mist around the head and face for an instant boost. Use as a room spray to keep energy levels up.

Suitability

This product is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and is safe to use from age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.

Caution

Do not apply to the tummy or breast area if you are expecting or breast feeding. Keep out of reach of young children.

Postage

We aim to post your product the day after we receive your order. If you order before 10am, we aim to post on the same day. As we make your product after receiving the order, there may occasionally be a slight delay in posting but we will inform you if we expect any delays.

We offer free P&P using Royal Mail 2nd class postage. Royal mail first class is available for a cost of £2.75
