The PTSD Trauma relief range is an external use alternative, organic, vegan friendly essential oil remedy. The range has been created to help manage Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The Essential Oils

• Clary Sage oil contains properties that will induce feelings of relaxation, calmness, anxiety and irritability. It will ease dizziness and has sedative abilities.
• Frankincense oil will help relieve chronic stress and anxiety. It has the ability to ease pain and discomfort while reducing inflammation and boosting the immune system.
• Chamomile oil is a very calming oil helping to reduce anxiety. It will help ease gastrointestinal disorders and muscle spasms and nausea.
• Sandalwood oil is a very grounding oil and helps to quiet the mind bringing a sense of peace and clarity.
• Lavender oil contains many benefits including treating nervous disorders and is a great mood enhancer.
• Basil oil will help to lift a low mood and support the digestive system
• Bergamot oil will help reduce stress, anxiety and depression with uplifting, refreshing, stimulating properties.
• Ylang-Ylang oil contains sedative properties, helping you relax and calm your mind. It has also been found to contain mood boosting, stress-relieving properties.
• Patchouli oil will help with feelings of depression and anxiety calming the mind and easing stress. It will help reduce nervous tension, fear and worry due to its grounding properties.
• Lemon oil will help reduce anxiety and depression promoting a positive feeling

How to use

Moisturiser – Apply to the forehead, neck and chest or you can use it as a full body moisturiser. Use twice a day, morning and evening for best results.

Massage Oil – The base oil is Soya bean oil so suitable for vegans and allergy sufferers. The massage oil can be used anywhere on the body and is great as part of your bedtime routine.

Room and Body Spray – The base liquid is pure distilled, Deionised water with added essential oils. The spray can be misted around the face and body or used as a room and pillow mist or misted on to clothing. This is best for taking out and about with you. It works within about 15 minutes if you encounter a situation.

Diffuser Blend – Add 5 drops to your diffuser or oil burner with water and inhale the aromas. This can also be used in the bath or on a tissue.

Wax melts – Melt in an oil burner and inhale the aromas.

Suitability

This blend is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store. We can send you some test strips with the different oils to see which ones you react to. We can then make a blend removing the oils you have reacted to.

Cautions

This is an external use product and should be used a maximum of twice a day. Caution is advised if you are expecting. Avoid applying directly to the tummy area. Do not use on anyone under the age of 4 years and keep out of reach of children. We advise you use the wax melt, spray or diffuser blend as an alternative if you are expecting.

Postage

Postage is via Royal Mail 1st Class and we aim to post within 12 hours of receiving an order. If you place an order before 10am, we will aim to post it the same day. There may occasionally be a slight delay in postage but we will inform you if we expect any delays.
