PMT-Menstrual Cycle Cream

The PMT-Menstrual cycle relief cream is an alternative PMT remedy providing relief for Pre and Post Menstrual tension. The blend contains 8 different essential oils and will alleviate PMT-Menstrual Tension.

The Essential Oils

The essential oils used, contain the most beneficial properties for regulating hormones and relieving PMT symptoms.

• Peppermint oil contains many benefits and will ease tummy pain, nausea and headaches.
• Rose oil will relax the muscles  and help with hormone imbalance
• Juniper Berry oil is calming and balancing supporting the emotions and mind.
• Black Pepper oil is great for tummy cramping and will promote good circulation.
• Geranium oil will balance the hormones, reduce stress and tension, while balancing the emotions.
• Lavender oil has many uses and will help in many ways. It is a great all-rounder used in many blends due to it’s healing properties.
• Bergamot oil will boost the immune system and promotes inner calm while reducing pain

How to use

Apply to the forehead, neck and chest or use as a full body moisturiser as it will benefit the skin and keep it moisturised, hydrated, rejuvenated and in good condition.

Suitability

It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.
