Headache & Migraine Treatment

The Headache and Migraine Treatment contains 6 different essential oils. It will target a headache and migraine, preventing, relieving and alleviating head pain and nausea.

The Essential Oils

The Essential oils used contain the most beneficial properties for easing a headache and Migraine.

• Lavender oil has many properties and will benefit many areas. It will help calm and soothe and relax the mind.
• Peppermint oil will help reduce pain and improve mental function while working on muscle spasms in the head.
• Basil oil has uplifting properties and works well on the mind.
• Rosemary oil will reduce stress and nervous tension, relieving fatigue and it will support brain function.
• Juniper Berry oil can reduce stress and relax the mind. It contains anti-inflammatory properties and is great for skin care.
• Rose oil will effectively relax the mind and body and will help calm tension balancing the hormones

How to Use

Moisturiser – Apply to the forehead when you feel a headache forming to prevent it taking hold. If you already have the headache, the diffuser blend will work better.

Diffuser Blend – Add 5 drops to your diffuser and inhale the aromas. This can also be used on a tissue and inhaled.

Wax melts – Melt in an oil burner and inhale the aromas.

Room & Body mist – The base liquid is pure deionised, distilled water with added essential oils. The spray can be misted around the head and face, on clothing, as a pillow or room mist. I find 3 to 4 sprays is enough.

Suitability

It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.

Caution

Caution is advised if you are expecting, have high blood pressure or epilepsy. It would be better for you to use the diffuser blend or wax melt.

We will post your product the following day after receipt. If we receive your order before 10am, we will endeavour to post on the same day.

As we make your product to order, there may at times be a slight delay in postage. We will inform you if there is likely to be a delay.

We offer Free P&P via Royal Mail 2nd Class. There is an option to select Royal Mail 1st Class for a small fee.
