The Essential Oils

The essential oils used, contain the most beneficial properties for keeping the emotions stabilised and preventing meltdowns

• Vetiver Oil will balance, calm and ground the mind and body. It will help with restlessness and helps with feelings of anger, anxiety and irritability.
• Frankincense Oil will help reduce stress and negative emotions including anger, worry and overthinking.
• Neroli Oil helps reduce stress and anxiety with a calming effect.
• Cardamom Oil has a calming effect and will prevent muscle contractions in the intestines.
• Cedarwood Oil triggers the happy hormone serotonin. it has a calming effect and help relax the muscles.
• Ylang-Ylang Oil helps with anxiety, self-esteem and is mood-boosting relieving stress. It contains antidepressant properties.
• Sweet Orange oil boosts energy levels, It will help with aches and pains and reduces anxiety.
• Bergamot Oil will help increase a positive mood reducing anxiety and stress.

How to use

Moisturiser – Apply to the forehead, neck and chest or you can use it as a full body moisturiser. Use twice a day, morning and evening for best results.

Massage Oil – The carrier oil is pure deionised mineral oil and suitable for vegans and allergy sufferers. The massage oil can be used anywhere on the body.

Room and Body Spray – The base liquid is pure distilled, Deionised water with added essential oils. The spray can be misted around the face and body or used as a room and pillow mist or misted on to clothing.

Diffuser Blend – Add 5 drops to your diffuser and inhale the aromas.

Wax melts – Melt in an oil burner and inhale the aromas.

Suitability

This blend is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+. We recommend you carry out a patch test on your inner wrist. If no irritation occurs within 5 minutes, use as instructed. If you do experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store.

Cautions

This is an external use product and should be used a maximum of twice a day. Caution is advised if you are expecting. Avoid applying directly to the tummy area. Do not use on anyone under the age of 4 years and keep out of reach of children.
