Anxiety & Depression Relief Cream is a unique blend of 9 different essential oils. The anxiety treatment will clear your mind bringing your anxiety levels back to normal. Due to the unique blend, the Anxiety and Depression range has a highly pleasing aroma that you will not find anywhere else. It works within 30 minutes but may take a little longer.

The Essential Oils

The blend contains the most effective beneficial properties for alleviating feelings of anxiety, stress, worry, anger, depression, overthinking and low mood.

• Grapefruit oil stimulates the nerves and has an uplifting, reviving effect on the mind. It can give a feeling of slight euphoria.
• Geranium oil reduces stress, anxiety, sadness, fatigue and tension. It will balance the emotions and improve cognitive function.
• Clary Sage oil is a natural pain relief and will help with the physical symptoms. It is also an anti-depressant.
• Bergamot oil will regulate and promote a positive mood relieving feelings of anxiety.
• Ylang-Ylang oil help alleviate anxiety and boost self-esteem helping to build a positive mind set.
• Basil oil will stimulate, calm, energise, clarify and uplift the mind encouraging the release of stress and tension.
• Cardamom oil will reduce stress and despair while calming the muscles and easing nausea.
• Jasmine oil will clear anxiety, stress and low energy. It will boost skin health and increase alertness.
• Vetiver oil will ease feelings of anger, exhaustion, irritability, stress and low mood.

Directions for use

This blend can be used in a diffuser or oil burner and will keep your emotions stable. A few drops can also be added to 10ml of milk and added to the bath water. Add 10 drops to 50g of unscented cream and apply to the pulse points or 10 drops to ml of carrier oil and massage in. Add 3 drops to ml of water, drop in one of the tabs sent with the oil, squeeze out the excess water and lay across the face inhaling the aromas for very fast results.

Suitability

This blend is suitable to use from age 4+ and is suitable for all to use.

Cautions

Keep out of reach of small children. If the blend comes into direct contact with the skin, it can cause irritation. Redness, a prickling feeling or a mild burning sensation. If you experience any irritation, rinse the area with clean tepid water and contact the store. We can send you test strips of the added oils to which one you are reacting to. We will replace your item with one not containing that particular oil.
