Due to the unique blend, the Anxiety and Depression range has a highly pleasing aroma that you will not find anywhere else. It works within 30 minutes but may take a little longer.

The Essential Oils

The blend contains the most effective beneficial properties for alleviating feelings of anxiety, stress, worry, anger, depression and low mood.

• Grapefruit oil stimulates the nerves and has an uplifting, reviving effect on the mind. It can give a feeling of slight euphoria.
• Geranium oil reduces stress, anxiety, sadness, fatigue and tension. It will balance the emotions and improve cognitive function.
• Clary Sage oil is a natural pain relief and will help with the physical symptoms. It is also an anti-depressant and will help with tummy pain.
• Bergamot oil is known to regulate and promote a positive mood relieving feelings of anxiety.
• Ylang-Ylang oil can help alleviate anxiety and boost self-esteem helping to build a positive mind set.
• Basil oil is known to stimulate, calm, energise, clarify and uplift the mind encouraging the release of stress and tension.
• Cardamom oil can reduce stress and despair while calming the muscles and easing nausea.
• Jasmine oil can help clear anxiety, stress and low energy. It will boost skin health and increase alertness.
• Vetiver oil can ease feelings of anger, exhaustion, irritability, stress and low mood.

Suitability

This blend is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and safe to use from age 4+.

How to use

Room / Pillow & Body mist – The base liquid is pure deionised, distilled water with added essential oils. The spray can be misted around the head and face, on clothing, as a pillow or room mist. I find 3 to 4 sprays is enough. You can mist your bedding or clothing as this does not stain.

Diffuser Blend – Add 5 drops to your diffuser or oil burner and inhale the aromas. Add 10 drops to 50g unscented cream and rub into the pulse points. Add 10 drops to 20ml carrier oil and massage into the pulse points. Mix 5 drops with 10ml of milk and add to the bath. Use the tabs provided, add 3 drops to 10ml of water, soak the tab, wring out and lay over the face or chest. Do not use this blend directly on the skin as it cause some burning or irritation.

Wax melts – Melt in an oil burner and inhale the aromas.

Cautions

Keep out of reach of children. Do not digest – for external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and rinse well with clean water should it get into the eyes. Always close the lid as the oils can evaporate if left open. Store in a cool dark area.

Postage

We aim to post the day after receiving the order. If you order by 10am, we aim to post your product the same day. We make our products to order meaning there could be a slight delay in postage but we will inform you if we expect there to be a delay.
